Sri Lanka debuts logo for ‘Commonwealth Games 2018 bid 

Sri Lanka on Monday launched its logo for its bid for ‘Commonwealth Games 2018 Hambantota’ at Temple Trees.

President Mahinda Rajapaksa unveiled the logo while Minister of Sports Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Minister Dilan Perera, Commonwealth Games 2018 HambantotaOrganising Committee Co-Chairman and the Governor of Central Bank Ajith Nivard Cabraal, President of Commonwealth Games Association and National Olympic Committee Hemasiri Fernando, Chairman of the Tharunyata Hetak movement Namal Rajapaksa MP, parliamentarians and other distinguished invitees were also present – Pic by Sudath Silva
