The award-winning bartenders at Cinnamon Lakeside’s indoor and al fresco style bar, 7 Degrees North, have concocted a line of beverages to impress. Shaking things up this January, the 20 innovative thirst quenchers are an experience in themselves.

For thrill seekers, a ‘Red Hot’ drink is a must try, made of an explosive combination of Tabasco sauce, pineapple and lime in just the right balance of portions to make you gulp one down and quickly order another! The ‘Chocoholic’ originates from a whole other range in the beverage spectrum. With Crème de Cacao combined with a cream base and a chocolate sauce garnish, the beverage tastes true to its name.

The ‘Flamingo’ is an exotic drink, ideal for our tropical isle. It combines melon, lime and basil into a refreshing infusion. For those partial to almonds, ‘Mi Amor’ gives you just that with a hint of lime. ‘Tropicana,’ with its mango and passion fruit flavour, is another summer time favourite.

An intriguingly bright blue and white drink named ‘Split Personality’ contains a mixture of lychee and lime juice along with a few other secret ingredients! Other interesting concoctions such as the ‘Cherry Bomb,’ ‘Fusion’ with pineapple juice and jalapeno extract, ‘Sweet Tooth’ with a crushed cashew nut rim, ‘Malibu’ with coconut cream and pineapple, the ‘Cranberry and Lemon’ drink with lime and cranberry juice, an avocado and lime concoction, a mint and lime potion, a ginger creation and a flaming beverage are also available.

A selection of veggie beverages complete the selection with one made with tomato and lime juice, a ‘Cool’ choice with celery extract and cucumber, a ‘Beetroot & Apple’ and a ‘Carrot and Orange Juice’ drink.
