The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) said yesterday it has approved in principle an application by Mercantile Investments Ltd for the listing of its ordinary voting shares amounting to 3.006 million on the Diri Savi Board by way of an introduction.
Mercantile Investments will be the latest finance company to list by way of an introduction. Some of the other recent approvals were Commercial Credit Ltd., and Chillaw Finance Ltd.
