Indulge in signature vegetarian dishes from the Cinnamon Grand, prepared in a variety of methods; fried, stewed, baked and stir-fried. This feast includes salads, soups, pizzas, risottos, lasagna and lots more, all in Chinese, Fusion, Thai, Sri Lankan, Indian, Italian and Continental flavours, complete with action stations and a selection of delectable desserts.

The selection of Chinese dishes includes vegetarian summer roll with spicy tomato sauce, Chinese green bean salad, hot and sour mushroom soup, mock chicken Szechwan style, stir fried water chestnuts and corn Cantonese style, spicy fungus wrapped in chilli garlic and stir fried lotus root.
The Fusion range combines the best of Eastern and Western flavours with vegetable crepes, mushroom and leek spring rolls with dipping sauce, lemon flavoured broth, spicy vegetable nasi goreng with fried cauliflower and tahini sauce, cauliflower fritters in chilli garlic sauce and Moroccan chickpea and vegetable stew.
Try out the rich Thai range of dishes ranging from spicy wing bean salad, green mango salad, tofu and mushroom lettuce wraps and Thai vegetable soup with oyster mushroom to Thai fried rice with basil and chillies, stir-fried teriyaki broccoli and sprouts, spicy roasted eggplant with tofu and stir fried cauliflower and long beans.
