Innovative Vesak creation by Rainco

In commemorating Vesak this year, Rainco Umbrellas presented a Vesak lantern based on the sixth week of the Sath Sathiya, where the Muchalinda Cobra King provided protection from the rain to Lord Buddha during meditation.

A concept developed and constructed by Triad Ltd. was displayed at the Migadaye Vesak Kalapaya in Colombo 5. The creation attracted an enormous crowed that experienced a walk through to the lantern which was constructed to give the actual experience of rainfall.
