Hemas wins Great HR Debate

Hemas Debaters emerged Champions at The Great HR Debate 2014 held at the BMICH on 18 June 2014. The team triumphed over four challenging opponents including HNB in the Grand Finals to clinch the trophy.

The Great HR Debate was a feature of the National HR Conference 2014 organised by the Institute of Personnel Management of Sri Lanka (IPM), and saw the active participation of private and public organisations taking part in the debate at a national level. Hemas team led by Hemas Manufacturing Ltd Manager – Human Resource Development Imtiyaz Aniff, comprised of Erandika Hennedige, Head of Human Resources, Hemas Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Hemas Surgicals & Diagnostics Ltd, Isurini Wickramanayake, Brand Manager – Hemas Consumer Brands and Nimali Welikala, Head of HR, N*able Ltd set the stage with an astounding show with their soft words and hard arguments.
