DFCC Bank and its everyday banking unit, DFCC Vardhana Bank recently opened a branch in Trincomalee, adding to its already widespread branch network. The combination of both banks makes this branch even more special.
Customers in Trincomalee now have access to the best financial services and entrepreneurial advice from DFCC Bank, while DFCC Vardhana Bank will fulfil all their day-to-day banking activities.
DVB’s branch service centre network was further strengthened by the opening of twelve [12] new postal units recently in Giriulla, Narammala, Ibbagamuwa, Rattota, Balangoda, Godakawela, Bibile Monaragala, Wellawaya, Welimada, Haputale and Baduraliya.
Over the year, DFCC Vardhana Bank has opened 45 branch-service centres bringing the total branch network to a staggering 118.

Recently, Fitch Ratings Lanka affirmed DFCC Vardhana Bank Limited’s National Long-term rating at ‘AA-(lka)’, confirming that the bank’s outlook remains stable – a clear indication of the bank’s steady progress over the year.
