As part of the Cinnamon Grand’s Christmas promotional lineup, Christmas Carnival and Moods of Christmas were held on 19 and 20 December respectively. Both sellout events brought family and friends together to celebrate the onset of the Christmas season with activities, entertainment and carols for everyone.
The Christmas Carnival was held poolside for the second consecutive year with a delicious Christmas BBQ along with fresh pasta and piping hot burgers for kids. Children really had a treat this year with plenty of incredible activities in stalls spread across the Breeze Bar.
Games such as ping pong, pony rides, face painting and tower of mayhem were major highlights throughout the event. There also was a bouncer, fireworks, ice cream lorry and mini golf games! With so many things to participate in, parents were free to let their kids play around while they grabbed a bite to eat and listened to carols.
The following evening, guests were treated to professional caroling at its very best as Soul Sounds, the award winning all-female choir, filled up the Atrium Lobby with the strains of everyone’s favourite yuletide carols. Soul Sounds ensured that they sang all the classics, setting the stage for the Christmas celebrations to follow in the coming days.
