The Jaffna International Trade Fair will take place for the second consecutive year giving the opportunity for all industries to set up their business in a land that has not been accessible for more than three decades.
Lanka Exhibition and Conference Services (Pvt) Ltd. is organising the Jaffna International Trade Fair 2011, ‘Open for Business’ on 21, 22 and 23 January 2011 at the ground adjoining the Durayappah Stadium, Jaffna, with the support given by Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL), Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Yarlpanam and Sri Lanka Convention Bureau.
India has been named as the Partner Country for this exhibition.
The FCCISL is organising a business delegation from Colombo to the fair offering an all-inclusive special package with the objective of creating a gateway to re-establish and pursue novel trade links and to prepare a platform to discuss future business opportunities.
This is a very good opportunity for entrepreneurs looking to initiate business linkages and invest in Jaffna. FCCISL has arranged an investor forum, parallel to the trade fair, where investment opportunities will be presented and one-to-one discussions/meetings with potential partners. Institutional meetings will also be arranged.
