A guru for Sri Lanka

Taking centre stage before a excited audience of around 1,000 people Prof. Kolter described Sri Lanka as a “paradise” and remarked that Sri Lanka had managed to do what other countries had not done, which is to protect its natural beauty.

“I would call you a 3.0 country. I put three things into a country to measure it – people, culture and natural beauty. Therefore I call Sri Lanka a 3.0 country.”
