The CAT 360° ADVANTAGE is a unique value-added programme designed to deliver a full circle of expertise, technology-enabled equipment and support services that will enable customers overcome job site challenges. Working with a global team from Caterpillar, UTE has identified specific customer needs for local equipment owners and operators who invest considerable time to select the correct machine for their fleet.
Helping customers improve their business in terms of productivity and profit, UTE has rolled out the CAT 360° ADVANTAGE special purchase bundle for the Cat 320D2 Excavator.

The CAT 360° ADVANTAGE includes Equipment Management Services, Preventive Maintenance Parts and Services, Extended Warranties, Parts Availability Guarantee and a Service Response Time Guarantee. The Equipment Management Solutions and Preventive Maintenance Parts and Services, offer customers monthly fleet reports, and other options ensuring cost effective maintenance work. The Extended Warranties safeguard equipment beyond the standard one-year warranty period enhancing the customer’s entire ownership experience.
The Parts Availability Guarantee and a Service Response Time Guarantee also provides comprehensive coverage and total peace of mind for equipment owners. Importantly, it is the first time a Sri Lankan company providing heavy equipment offers its customers a service response time guarantee and includes the availability of spare parts. The bundled services offered through the CAT 360° ADVANTAGE is binding for two-years and ensures customers have a written assurance.
