Signature Residencies looking to expand

Signature Residencies owners Zamlank Developers, unlike most other developers, owns the land it develops and customers are assured that developments are of the highest standards, according to Vice President Kavinda Makalanda.

The company has three ongoing projects. ‘Signature Twelve’ at Koswatte, on an extent of 27 perches, will be fully completed by November. The second project, Signature Seven is being constructed at Chandra Wettasinghe Mawatha on an extent of 27.6 perches. This project is at the piling stage and out of the 14 Units, 12 have already been sold. The Meridian at Diyawanna Lane is being built on an extent of 30 perches. Four units of said project have already been sold.

P. Ramanarajan says the company hopes to commence the development of the Trincomalee Condor Hotel next month. The company had already bought a land of 52 perches overlooking the sea for this project. The development will have 11 storeys with 22 rooms and will powered by solar energy. The head office of Zamlank Developers is situated in Nawala, Ragagriya.
