The leader in German hardware technology, Häfele has taken another pro-active approach taking the state-of-the-art Design Centre based in Colombo 4 to a whole new level by being closer to their customers using the strength of online world.
Speaking on this initiation, Häfele GM Sales and Marketing Sri Lanka Niranjan Weerasinghe stated: “As a company which specializes on hardware and interior solutions, our international success over the decades have surrounded mostly on being closer to our customers and providing them solutions to their interior needs. After launching the Design Centre in Colombo in January, we realise that the busy schedule of customers causes them to not visit our Design Center as often as they would like, hence, we decided to take a step forward to ease that for our customers by having the Design Centre come to them using internet technology – virtual walk through experience at our disposal. Since this set up has been implemented by us, we have received various feedback from customers who used this online tour facility of our Design Centre.”
Sharing one such feedback from a customer in Mirissa: “Being a new parent as it is takes a great deal of time and simultaneously having to renovate my home made it very difficult to travel to Häfele Design Centre often. After speaking over the phone to Häfele’s sales team I went through their virtual Design Centre which was just like actually walking through their showroom. I am happy Häfele has taken this initiation making use of technology to facilitate distant customers like us to feel that distance is no more a barrier.”
