Having completed over 60 successful projects until now, Fair Lands and Investments is embarking on an ambitious new VVIP land project in Kohuwala. The project is scheduled to commence in March this year at Jensen Gardens, Anderson Road, Kohuwala. The official launch ceremony was held at the Grand Monarch Hotel in Thalawathugoda recently.
The 18-plot exclusive VVIP land scheme will come at very attractive and competitive prices, with plots (offered from six perches upwards) billed from Rs. 1.975 million per perch. In addition to the upcoming project in March, the company has 18 ongoing projects spanning the island.
