The real estate market in Sri Lanka is experiencing exponential growth making it an attractive investment option. This has increased the desire and demand in investing in Sri Lanka among many Sri Lankans living across the globe and foreign investors alike.
John Keells Holdings PLC recently presented the details on the latest mixed development project, Cinnamon Life, to the Sri Lankan community and foreign investors, in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Singapore.
Details on the project were presented at the Hatton National Bank priority circle launch in Abu Dhabi on 17 October and Dubai on 19 October. JKH also hosted an evening of cocktails and presented the project details at the Pullman Hotel, Dubai on 18 October. These events attracted a large mix of Sri Lankans and non-nationals.
The event in Singapore was held at the Grand Hyatt on 15 November, and witnessed an avid audience of foreign investors interested in Sri Lanka and particularly in Cinnamon Life due to the integrated nature of the project. John Keells Property Group, Chief Marketing Officer/Executive Vice President Roshanie Jayasundera Moraes presented an overview of Sri Lanka and JKH, prior to going into the details of the Cinnamon Life apartments, at the event. She commented that, “The response from the audience at the event who were actively interested in the country’s potential was extremely promising. Cinnamon Life’s integrated nature and the opportunity to be a part of an iconic structure is a greater value addition for owners of apartments and commercial space alike.”
Cinnamon Life, the iconic mixed development project by the John Keells Group, envisioned as a 4.5 million sq. ft. The construction contractors include a consortium of contractors headed by Hyundai Engineering and Construction.
