Sri Lanka’s premier real-estate company Prime Group’s flagship ultra-luxury project, Prime Grand, Ward Place, has commenced construction of their 28th floor, symbolising the start of their Executive Level floors. Slated to be ready for occupancy by December 2021, the project’s construction partner Maga Engineering announced that the project progress is already three months ahead of schedule. Prime Grand is set to be the epitome of prestigious living in Sri Lanka in the most iconic and sought-after neighbourhood in Colombo 7 — Ward Place.
Bearing the prestigious address, No.64, Ward Place, Colombo 07, Prime Grand sprawls over an acre of real estate and is the only high rise in Colombo 7, promising uninterrupted views and privacy. The prominent street named after British Governor Sir Henry George Ward, is one of the most coveted locations in the country. The street is host to the heritage and history of some of Sri Lanka’s most celebrated personages.
“Prime Grand is the crown jewel of Prime Group’s tenure as the best real estate company in Sri Lanka. Prime Grand is unarguably the expert credite of Prime’s dedication towards curating residences that are definitive of ultra-luxury residential amenities. The tower’s design, interior and ultra-prestigious address is synonymous with upmarket opulence and comfortable living. A fundamental focus in designing was given to the privacy of the occupants through measures such as the strategic placement of elevators and restricted visibility of apartments overlooking one another. As such, Prime Grand will be the quintessential prestigious lifestyle that embeds state-of-the art architecture, top-notch interior and uninterrupted, breath-taking views,” said Prime Group Chairman Brahamanage Premalal describing the flagship ultra-luxury project of Prime Group.
Prime Grand includes a tailored collection of two to four bedroom simplex and duplex condominium residences that are to be complemented by four stories of double height parking and three levels of curated indoor and outdoor services as well as amenities boasting over 40,000 sq. The interiors are designed by IIDA International, an award-winning design consultancy firm based in Singapore headed by Beteo Geneva. Accordingly, the interiors of the two, three and four-bedroom residences have been meticulously appointed and will debut the finest flooring and kitchen finishes. The ultra-luxury features of the interior is coupled with modern technology to ensure comfort and security for the residents, with a minimum two car parks per each residence with car-charging bays for electric vehicles, home automation, access controlled elevators with restricted access to respective residing floors, and Smart door locks with access card pin and key systems.
The utmost privacy of the residents is assured via private lift lobbies, privacy cavities between every apartment crafting the seclusion of a detached home, the unique design of the tower which ensures that no apartment overlooks one another, as well as the use of access controlled elevators which allows residents restricted access to their residence and leisure floors. Further, as the only high-rise in Colombo 7 now and for the foreseeable future due to recent laws and regulations in the area, Prime Grand will have undisturbed views over the city, ensuring their residents live away from prying eyes.
The tower will also feature a 71 meter infinity pool at a height of over 125m, which would become the longest elevated infinity pool in Sri Lanka that promises uninterrupted views of sunrises and sunsets. The residents will have the opportunity to bask in this pool on the 32nd floor while enjoying the services of the Sky bar and restaurant. In addition to this, future residents will also enjoy a vast recreational area on the fifth floor podium, which will comprise a state-of-the-art gym, a 36 meter pool, a kiddies pool and play area, a world class spa, badminton court, and a multifunctional hall, mini-mart and day care centre for the exclusive use of residents.
Prime Group has used the best possible expertise and resources available in the field for the project, in order to maintain distinguished standards. All project partners are renowned for their excellent track records in the industry and hail from different parts of the world, including the tower’s construction partner Maga Engineering, one of the renowned names in the local construction field.
