John Keells Properties’ TRI-ZEN completes piling work ahead of schedule

John Keells Properties announced that the piling work for its newest residential development, TRI-ZEN, had officially been completed. The process, which began following the ground breaking on 25 January, finished an entire month-and-a-half ahead of schedule.

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC) is the contractor for this ground-breaking residential project, and the piling work of the project was done by D. P. Jayasinghe Piling Ltd. The high-capacity machinery employed by D. P. Jayasinghe Piling, and the combined engineering expertise of John Keells Properties and CSCES together enabled the acceleration of the operation.
