EliSh Development Ltd., launches yet another historic condominium project, The Flemington 360° Nawala which offers nature inspired, convenient city living.
The fourth property development project by the company, The Flemington 360° Nawala seamlessly blends in comfort, convenience and style in its spaciously-designed apartment units while presenting the occupants with unhindered views of lush sceneries, dotted with green lands and wetlands in and around the area.
The project set to be completed by the first quarter of 2024, spans across a 55 perch land area and is home to 63 apartment units comprising two or three bedrooms. Its design also allows any apartment to be converted to four or five bedroom units.

When EliSh Development Ltd., was launched in 2015, its Founder/Managing Director Shamitha Ganegoda had a vision to offer Australian inspired condominiums in Sri Lanka.

“While The Flemington was born out of the vision for sharing global living experiences with fellow Sri Lankans, it stands for trust and integrity. In our Rajagiriya and 103 Campbell apartment projects, the condominium certificates, COCs have already been obtained with deeds transferred to the residents as this is an area of concern for many who invest in apartments,” says Ganegoda.
“In our third project at Vajira Road work is currently ongoing, all the units have been sold. This is mainly due to the trust and confidence we have built with our customers. Even with the Covid-19 pandemic and material shortages, the construction goes on without any interruptions,” he adds.

“One of the things we pride ourselves on, is in not just giving an apartment but giving a welcome feel to it. Every one of our apartments has a lobby area, instead of walking directly from the car park to the lift. This gives a warm, welcome feel to occupants, similar to a hotel lobby,” Ganegoda explains.
