Lanka Aluminium showcases unique proprietary products at Build Sri Lanka 2014

Lanka Aluminium Industries PLC showcased its unique and proprietary product range at the Build Sri Lanka 2014 exhibition held at the BMICH recently. This innovative product range caters to the unique requirements of both the individual housing as well as commercial building markets. The product range on exhibit consisted of sliding widows, elliptical louvers, architrave doors etc. These products are manufactured using high quality aluminium extrusions made to international standards by Lanka Aluminium’s state of the art factory situated in Ekala, Ja-Ela. Lanka Alumiium’s unique product display at the Build Sri Lanka 2014 exhibition included the sliding window system with the innovative insect screen to keep out bothersome insects such as the deadly dengue mosquitoes, cockroaches etc. garnered much attention and interest amongst the visitors. Many value added features such as self-locking systems with anti-theft capabilities, unique designs to minimise water ingress, and energy saving facilities have been built into the various innovative products. “With the development initiatives put in place by the government, the construction industry is booming in Sri Lanka.
