Havelock City Phase II kicks off second stage

Havelock City recently commenced the second stage ofconstruction on its highly successful phase 2 of luxury apartments.

The two towers, Layards and Davidson, consisting 218 luxury condominiums with two, three and four bedroom units and a number of plush penthouses will now undergo the construction of its building structure.

The construction is handled bythe award winning general contractor, International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd. (ICC). As Sri Lanka’s leading contractor, ICC boasts over three decades of expertise in construction under multi-sectors both local and international.

Designed by internationally renowned architects, the second phase of the project will contain the Layards and Davidson towers along with the clubhouse which too is currently under construction.

The successful first phase of the project, Park and Elibank towers are now in occupation.

The Havelock City project will comprise a total of 1080 luxury condominiums in eight residential towers, a six-acre lush roof garden, an outstanding clubhouse equipped to offer every imaginable amenity along with Sri Lanka’s largest shopping mall and two office towers.

Spanning 17 acres on its exclusive address in the heart of the city, Havelock City, a forerunner development, is also Sri Lanka’s largest mixed development project. The entire project is scheduled for completion by 2015.
