Textured Jersey Lanka Limited (TJLL), which is one of Sri Lanka’s biggest fabric manufacturers, was established as a joint venture between MAS Holdings, Brandix Lanka Limited and Textured Jersey United Kingdom (TJUK) in 2001 to offer a fully integrated vertical solution to top global brands.

Following strategic ownership transfers, the company’s current key shareholders are Pacific Textile Holdings (45.6%) and Brandix Lanka (34.3%). Pacific Textiles is one of the largest fabric producers in the world and is currently listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of approximately US$ 930 m. Brandix Lanka, meanwhile, is the largest apparel exporter in Sri Lanka with 32 manufacturing facilities and 30,000 associates employed.
