The Heights is the brand name of a high-rise apartment complex by MC Urban Developers Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of Sri Lanka’s leading township developer Millennium Housing Developers PLC.
The Heights at Edmonton Rd, Colombo 5, is the first project of MC Urban Developers and construction of its civil work has been awarded to Nawaloka Construction Company Ltd. following the evaluation of five quotations from reputed contractors.
This BOI-approved project will have a ground floor and five storeys containing 30 units which have already been sold out. The piling work of the project has already been completed and the civil construction work will commence in June with the projected completion deadline being set for June 2017. The architecture, facilities offered and features this apartment unit consist of makes it different to other apartment projects on the same scale.
Nawaloka Construction Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nawaloka Holdings. Since its inception in 1948, the company has built up a reputation for excellence. With over 68 years of longstanding and first-hand experience, Nawaloka Construction Company was awarded the ICTAD grading C1 as a contractor. The Heights project will be monitored and supervised using high-tech modern project management techniques by a team of professionals. The essence in mixtures to the material used, workmanship and timeline will all be addressed using modern technology. Due to this strict monitoring and rigid supervision, the stages of construction will be reached as per the milestone plan and customers will be able to get exactly what they were promised at the pre-construction stage, because all 30 units were sold out before commencement of construction.
