UPFA’s Colombo mayoral candidate Milinda Moragoda participated in a special pooja at Sammangodu Maanikka Vinayagar Kovil Wellawatta on Saturday. He briefed the devotees about his campaign and discussed his 100 day programme to uplift the living conditions the Colombo residents under his policy platform.
