Thilanga re-elected at Parliamentarians for Global Action

Thilanga Sumathipala has been re-elected to serve his second term as a member of the Executive Board of Parliamentarians for

Global Action (PGA), a body with 142 countries and over 1200 Members of Parliament from all over the world. In 2012 Thilanga was the first Sri Lankan to be elected to the Executive Committee of the PGA. He has also been appointed as the convener to head the Gender Equality and Development Program at the PGA.
