Nine suspects arrested over Bambalapitiya businessman Mohammed Sakeem Sulaiman’s murder were yesterday further remanded till 13 October. Sulaiman was abducted recently for ransom and was later found dead in Mawanella.
The abductors had demanded Rs. 20 million from the family of the businessman and his father had promised to pay the ransom.
