Say no to drugs!

Justice Minister and SLMC Leader Rauff Hakeem, Chairman National Dangerous Drugs Control Board Leisha De Silva and others take a pledge at an awareness and rehabilitation programme   held at M.D. Kitchilan Reception Hall, Slave Island, yesterday.
