Resettlement not satisfactory, says Ranil

Chennai: The issue of resettling Tamils in Sri Lanka will be raised in the Sri Lankan Parliament next week, Ranil Wickremesinghe, former Sri Lankan Prime Minister and United National Party leader, said in Chennai on Wednesday.

Wickremesinghe, who was in Chennai on a day-long visit, said the work on resettlement of the displaced Tamils by the Sri Lankan Government was not satisfactory and that along with Tamil MPs, his party would raise the issue in the Parliament next week.
