The prize giving of the fourth All Island Essay Competition – 2010 conducted by the Press Complaints Commission of Sri Lanka (PCCSL) and the Ministry of Education was held in the Auditorium of the Sri Lanka Press Institute, Colombo 5 on Thursday, 16 December, 2010.

The chief guest at the event was Sam Wijesinha, Chairman of the Dispute Resolution Council of the Press Complaints Commission of Sri Lanka. Seated from left are Kamal Liyanaarachchi, Actg.
