I wish to extend my felicitations on Your Excellency’s assumption of office for a second term following your recent re-election as the President of the United States of America. I have no doubt that your able leadership and experience will continue to steer your country into a period of enhanced growth and prosperity. The overwhelming support you received from the people of the United States manifests the trust and confidence placed in you.

I am confident that under your stewardship, relations between our two countries will continue to further flourish and expand into new vistas of cooperation. I look forward to working with you to further strengthen and consolidate our bilateral ties.
