Pakistan Air Chief pays courtesy call to Secretary Defence

Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Chief of the Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force yesterday paid a courtesy call to Secretary Defence and Urban Development, Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Ministry premises. Air Chief Marshal Butt arrived in Sri Lanka on Wednesday on an official visit to Sri Lanka. During the meeting, a cordial discussion was held between Secretary Defence and Air Chief Marshal Butt on matters of bilateral cooperation and mutual interest. Mementoes were also exchanged between the Secretary Defence and the Pakistan Air Chief to mark the occasion. Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force Air Marshal Kolitha Gunathilake and Air Commodore Hamid Rashid Randhawa were also present at the occasion.
