Prime Minister John Key says New Zealand will attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Sri Lanka later this year. The Queen – or one of her representatives – will be at the talks in Colombo, and we should be too, the New Zealand premier said.
The Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group on Friday said the 23rd Commonwealth Heads of Government Conference (CHOGM) would be held as planned in Sri Lanka. Australia said it too would not boycott the Summit scheduled to be held from 15-17 November.
