Minister Dr. Amunugama signs an agreement with China

Minister of Higher Education and Research Dr. Sarath Amunugama signed an agreement of mutual cooperation in the field of science and technology with the Minister of Science and Technology of Republic of China Prof. Wan Gang. The signing followed a discussion on cooperation between the two countries held last week in Kunming, China.
