Menikdiwela passes away

W.M.P.B. Menikdiwela, former Secretary to President J.R. Jayawardena, has expired.

He is the beloved husband of Dharma, and father of Gayathri, Vishva, Ruvendrini and Prasanga and father-in-law of EAP Edirisinghe Group Managing Director Jeewaka Edirisinghe, Barry and Namalie. Cortege leaves residence 9/5, Blake Road (Ruhunukula Mawatha), Borella on Thursday, 7 April at 2 p.m. for cremation at General Cemetery Borella at 3 p.m.
