According to the Chairman of Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau Kingsley Ranawana, a group of Korean examiners was scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka to handle the issues related to the Korean language proficiency testing.
Sri Lankans seeking employment in Korea are required to have Korean language proficiency. The Korean language examination is scheduled to be held in Colombo this weekend. Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau says that nearly 30,000 candidates have applied to sit the examination conducted by Sri Lanka’s Department of Examinations. (www.colombopage.com)
