An Islamic lecture, on the topic “Eternal Bond” will be delivered by Ash-Sheikh Mufthi Yoosuf Haniffa (Abu Umar) insha Allah, immediately after Isha prayers today (5 December) at Majma-ul- Khairath Masjid, Nimal Road , Colombo 4 and tomorrow (6) at the Bambalpitiya Jummah Masjid, Colombo 4.

The lectures are organised by the Board of Trustees of the respective mosques in conjunction with Zeylan Edu Consultants.

Subjects covered will be: The purpose of Muslim marriage; marriage and lost love; essential pre-conditions for marriage; acceptance and divorce; forced marriages; duty over one another and positive and negative aspects over polygamy.
