First parliamentarian to enter the Guinness Book

Gampaha District UNP MP Dr.Jayalath Jayawardene who is a medical doctor has become the first Sri Lankan Member of Parliament to enter the Guinness Book of World Records for conducting a health programme on TNL for 17 years without interruption.
