Commemoration ceremony of late Prime Ministers and late Speaker

The Islamic Centre for the Physically Handicapped Doolmala, Thihariya organised a commemoration ceremony of late Prime Ministers S.W.R.D. Bandaranaike, Sirimavo Bandaranaike and late Speaker Anura Bandaranaike which was held at the Islamic Centre Hall recently. Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumarathunga was present as Chief Guest and also presented school stationery, sewing machines and dry rations to needy people.    Minister of Ports and Shipping Arjuna Ranathunga, Director of the Centre Jiffry Haniffa and International Affairs Advisor Hashim Omar were also present.
