Chinese entrepreneurs offer relief to Koslanda landslide victims

A group of Chinese entrepreneurs handed over a monetary donation to Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa as a contribution towards emergency relief efforts in the landslide affected areas in Koslanda.

The Colombo Bureau of Xinhua News Agency, Huawei World Mall Company Ltd., Ten–League Construction Ltd. and Infinit Ten Company Ltd. contributed in this cause and Li Jin, convener of the event, attended the ceremony held at the official residence of the Speaker on 31 October, along with Mwiju Yang, Li Jin, Zhang Xudong, Cai Zhixin, the representatives of the above organisations. Acknowledging the donation, Rajapaksa indicated that with the consultation of the Chief Minister of the Uva Province, efficient and speedy measures would be taken to distribute the donation to the families affected by the recent tragedy.
