The World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) 42nd Plenary Assembly was held at the Dream Palm Beach Resort, Punta, Cana Dominican Republic recently. 120 member-countries participated. United Nations Association in Sri Lanka Deputy Executive Chairman Dr. M.M.M. Rushanudeen represented Sri Lanka at the Assembly. Here Rushanudeen with President Elect (WFUNA) and President of Dominican Republic Leonel Fernandez and Past President (WFUNA) Ambassador of Republic of Korea Park Soo-Gil.
