SLFP to commemorate S.W.R.D. Bandaranaike’s 61st death anniversary

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) will today commemorate the 61st death anniversary of the party’s founder S.W.R.D Bandaranaike at the SLFP headquarters.

The SLFP trade unions have also organised religious observances on 9 and 10 October to mark S.W.R.D Bandaranaike’s death anniversary, as well as Sirimavo Bandaranaike’s 20th death anniversary, which fell on 10 August.
