The Department said as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and day to day operations at airports coming to a standstill- foreign mail exchange has been completely non-operational and therefore, mail to foreign destinations will be sent only after ensuring that the destination country operates postal services as well as the air transport facilities under the current conditions, according to the Postal Department.
