Pathfinder Foundation and Russian International Affairs Council issue joint policy brief

The Pathfinder Foundation, in conjunction with the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), has published its first joint policy brief entitled ‘International Relations in South Asia: Russia’s and Sri Lanka’s views’. 

This initiative falls within the scope of a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two institutions. The RIAC is a think tank associated with the Russian Foreign Ministry and its Board of Trustees is chaired by Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergei Lavrov. The President of the RIAC is the former Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov. 

In addition to this collaboration, the RIAC functions as the Russian focal point for the Pathfinder Indian Ocean Security Conference and is a member of the International Advisory Group of this conference.
