New CSD Director assumes duty

Retired Major General Nirmal Koswatte assumed duty as the Civil Security Department’s (CSD) Director General amidst religious observances held at the CSD Head Office in Bambalapitiya yesterday. Dr. Kirinde Assaji Thero invoked blessings on the new director.
