The new Governors appointed for three provinces were sworn in before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday. They were Dr. Suren Ragawan for Northern Province;
Dr. Damma Dissanayake for Sabaragamuwa Province and R. Keerthi Thennakoon for Uva Province.
