Pathfinder Foundation (PF) Founder Milinda Moragoda held discussions with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Sri Lanka Cheng Xueyuan in Colombo recently.
PF Chairman Bernard Goonetilleke along with Luxman Siriwardena, Executive Director and Director of the foundation’s China-Sri Lanka Cooperation Studies Centre (CSLCSC), Lalith Weeratunga, PF Senior Fellow, Admiral Dr. Jayanath Colombage, Director of the Pathfinder Foundation’s Centre for Indo-Lanka Initiatives and Centre for the Law of the Sea also participated. At this meeting both parties discussed the future program of work of the CSLCSC.
Moragoda handed over to the Ambassador a copy of the book titled ‘The Island of the Lion and the Land and of the Dragon - Essays on Sri Lanka-China Relations,’ which was jointly published by Pathfinder Foundation and the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR).
