MRC hosts symposium on IS impact on SL

The Mahinda Rajapaksa Centre (MRC) will be hosting an international symposium on “The Global Expansion of ISIS:

Impact on Sri Lanka” at the Kingsbury Hotel Colombo on 9 June, 4 pm – 6 pm. Speakers will be Dr. Rohan Gunaratne, Professor of Security Studies at the S. Rajaratnam Centre for International Studies in Singapore; The Hindu International Affairs Editor Stanly Johny; and Former Head of Defence Intelligence and Counter Terrorism Department of Maldives National Defence Force Brigadier General Ahmed Nilam.
