Herath appointed as Media Secretary

Academic Dr. Charitha Herath was appointed the State Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and Digital

Infrastructure yesterday.He is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Peradeniya and was a former Secretary of the Ministry of Mass Media and Information during the previous Mahinda Rajapaksa Government as well as a former Chairman of the Central Environment Authority.
