Commemoration of JR’s 111th birth anniversary

The 111th birth anniversary of President J.R. Jayewardene was commemorated at the J.R. Jayewardene Centre yesterday with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe attending as the Chief Guest. The keynote address was given by Retired Director Department of Archives Dr. Saroja Wettasinghe. Several ministers and Leader of the Opposition R. Sampathan were also present
