The country’s fully vaccinated population rose to 1,628,876 with 315,121 persons vaccinated against COVID-19 on Thursday.
According to the Epidemiology Unit, 5,175,605 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine to date.
Among the persons vaccinated on Thursday are 280,011 persons who received the first dose of Sinopharm and 27,117 persons who received the second dose of Sinopharm. In total, the first dose has been administered to 4,053,819 persons and the second dose to 1,228,527 persons.
On Thursday, 7,993 persons received the first dose of Pfizer, raising the number of persons to receive the Pfizer first dose to 39,176.
In addition to this, 157,368 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 14,464 persons have received both doses of the vaccine.
The Epidemiology Unit states that 925,242 persons have received the first dose of AstraZeneca and 385,885 persons have received the second dose of AstraZeneca.
