94,282 persons vaccinated against COVID-19

First dose vaccination coverage in the country has risen to 76.95% with 94,282 persons vaccinated against COVID-19 on Thursday.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 64.45% of the total population has received the second dose of a vaccine and 31.31% of the population has received the third dose as well.

Of the population over 20 years, 95.4% has received the second vaccine dose and 46.96% has received the booster dose. Vaccination coverage among the population over 12 years is 95.5% for the first dose and 80% for the second dose. Vaccination coverage is 78.5% among the population aged 16 to 19 years.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 16,884,030 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in the country and 14,147,202 persons have received the second dose. The third dose has been administered to 6,952,661 persons. This includes 68,410 persons vaccinated on Thursday.

The first dose of Pfizer was administered to 13,936 persons on Thursday and a total of 2,423,811 persons have received the first dose of Pfizer. Out of this, 698,976 persons have received the second dose as well, including 9,364 persons vaccinated on Thursday. On Thursday, 953 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 1,619 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. A total of 12,016,677 persons have received the first dose of Sinopharm and 11,086,460 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.

The Epidemiology Unit states that 1,479,631 persons have received the first dose of AstraZeneca and 1,418,593 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine. 

The first dose of Moderna has been administered to a total of 804,801 persons and the second dose has been administered to 787,361 persons. A total of 159,110 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V, out of which 155,812 persons have received the second dose as well.
